The Yeats College class of 2021 were jubilant as they received their long-awaited Leaving Certificate results on Friday 3rd September.
Results achieved by Yeats College students in this year’s examinations were phenomenal, with over 60% of students achieving 500 points or higher this year. A magnificent 16% of students scored over 600 points, which is an amazing achievement.
Michaela Moriarty from Kinvara, was ecstatic with her amazing achievement of eight H1 grades in her exams. She now intends to study Medicine at Trinity College Dublin. Another delighted student was Tom O’Sullivan from Salthill who also scored the maximum 625 points. He completed the two-year programme at Yeats College and thanked the teachers for helping him to achieve a place on his first choice CAO course, Medicine at NUI, Galway. Clarinbridge student Bryna Milton was also overjoyed with her results, having achieved 625 points and an amazing seven H1 grades. She is now looking forward to studying Global Commerce at NUI, Galway in the coming weeks.
